3-Dimensional fit simulation software for virtual fitting and draping of the garment created using CAD patterns.

EMBROIDERY
Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated Japanese and German machines with CAD/CAM designing. We pay keen attention to the designs and this approach enables us on mass scale execution of intricate embroidery in Laser cut & Sequence. Our embroidery works are used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising etc., Our computerised automated embroidery machines enable us in providing highly precise excellent trimming system with stable performance.
GARMENTING
CUTTING
CUT & FIT band knife cutting machine and EASTMAN lay cutting machines are put to extensive use in the cutting unit. This forms one of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process. Computerised marking is used to calculate the amount of fabric required for the garment. Then the fabric is spread out and cut according to the specifications. We ensure a strict adherence to this process to ensure that there is no room for error
STITCHING
The heart of our operation is sewing.Our skilled operators are trained to handle all kinds of materials ranging from Cotton, Linen, Viscose, Polyester, and Blends. Factory supervisors continually train our operators in machine settings and assist them in gaining the skill level to produce high-quality products regardless of fabric at the appropriate cost.
CHECKING, IRONING & PACKING
Shiny QA team employs highly skilled, experienced and hardworking workforce. With emphasis laid on specialization, the manpower resources here are utilized to its best in activities. Checking team assures quality garments and then garments are ironed & packed and sent to its destination.
